Brooklands Relived 2026

The weekend of the 13th and 14th of June brings two pre-1960’s vehicle events to Brooklands Museum.

On the 13th (Saturday) we present the Brooklands Relived Sprint, which is for pre-1960’s vehicles, and will run on the 1550m course at the Mercedes-Benz World Track next to the Brooklands Museum, with the paddock being based in the Museum grounds. Last year we saw the amazing 1934 Barnato-Hassan (still the Class B record holder at 142.6mph around the Brooklands circuit) taking part – a car that was offered for sale in 2022 at £4.5m – will it be back in the hunt for glory in 2026?

On the 14th (Sunday) we relocate to the historic Start/Finish straight at the Brooklands Museum, and will operate autotests which are appropriate for the age of the vehicles taking part. Last year there was an incredible range of vehicles taking part, from Bentleys, through Austin 7 Nippys, up to one of the first (as it just crept under the “built before 31st December 1959” cut-off for entries) classic minis.

Competitor and Official Registration:

When registering (either as a competitor or official) please check that you are doing so for the correct event – it will save you having awkward phonecalls from the Event Director and Chief Marshal!
